Beef Stroganoff recipe

Ingredients:
350 grams thinly sliced beef
200 grams mushrooms
1 large onion (sliced)
1 clove garlic (sliced)
1 tbsp butter
ground black pepper
salt
flour
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
cooking oil
water
season beef with salt and pepper and
cover with flour
heat oil in the pan and fry the beef
until light brown color
in the remaining oil, add 1 tbsp butter
saute garlic onion and mushrooms
add the beef
stir, then add the beef
add red wine,tomato puree and 1/4 cup
of ater
cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
add mustrd
add heavy cream, stir,
cook for few seconds while stirring
turn off the heat,,
now it's done and ready to serve
transfer to a serving plate
serve with plain white rice, fried rice
or pasta
add fresh heavy cream on top
before serving, if you like
garnish with fresh parsley

"Spaghetti Carbonara"
Spaghetti Carbonara is an Italian Pasta dish with creamy/ delicious sauce, combining fresh heavy cream and eggs...
Spaghetti Carbonara recipe
(please watch video below for cooking procedure)
Ingredients:
250 grams spaghetti pasta
100 grams bacon cheese Parmesan
2 egg yolks heavy cream
1 tbsp olive oil butter (1 tbsp)
ground black pepper minced garlic
salt
dried parsley
1 cube soup stock
water
In a boiling water add 1 tbsp of olive oil
and 1 or 2 cubes of soup stock and boil
spaghetti pasta
while boiling pasta, make sauce:
combining 1 cup of fresh heavy cream and
2 egg yolks, mix well and cook in low heat
for just 1 minute do not boil the sauce
set aside..
in clean skillet fry bacon until crispy
in the remaining bacon fat add 1 tsp olive oil
and 1 tbsp butter, saute minced garlic
once garlic turns light brown
add boiled pasta saute together with garlic
and oil
stir well until done, turn off the heat
add Carbonara sauce into sauteed pasta
mix well
add crispy bacon too, mix well
transfer Carbonara Pasta in a serving plate
or bowl, sprinkle with ground black pepper,
salt, dried parsley and Parmesan Cheese on top
Now our delicious Carbonara is done!

"Sarciadong Isda"
Sarciadong Isda is another simple and easy to prepare, this delicious fish recipe made with fried fish cooked and simmered in a sauce of sauteed garlic, onion and tomatoes and topped with scrambled eggs.

Ingredients:
3 medium Japanese Aji fish
(horse mackerel fish)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 large onion (chopped)
2 medium tomatoes
2 raw eggs
1 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
1/4 cup water
cooking oil
scallions for garnishing (optional)
Clean and drain fish, sprinkle and season
with ground black pepper and salt
heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until
light brown.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in pan and saute
garlic, onion and tomatoes
stir until tomato cook
add water and patis, simmer,,,,,
add fish to simmering sauce
cover and cooked for 1 to 2 minutes
over low heat
turning fish once,

just for few seconds
turn off the heat

"Ginisang Corned Beef"
Ginisang Corned Beef is very simple, easy and quick recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner,serve for it's best partner of fried fish (pritong isda) or tortang talong (eggplant omelette)makes this recipe more tasy and delicious viand or meal.

Ingredients:
350 grams corned beef (cut into small pieces)
2 medium potatoes
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup mined onion
1/2 cup minced tomatoes
red bell pepper
salt
water
cooking oil
spinach (optional)
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in the pan
Saute garlic and onions
Add potatoes, stir and cook
Until done
Add tomatoes
Add corned beef, stir continuously
Add 1 cup of water
Add red bell pepper
Cover again and simmer for few seconds
Add spinach,, simmer for couple
of seconds, turn off the heat
and now its done!
