                                           1 large melon

                                           2 cups all purpose cream

                                           1 1/2 cups condensed milk

                                           25 grams gelatin powder(melon flavor)

                                           2 tbsp white sugar

                                             melon flavouring essense

                                             vanilla extract

                                           2 cups hot water

                                              optional;

                                           1 1/2 cups nata de coco

                                           1 1/2 cups boiled tapioca pearl

                                           1 1/2 cups shredded young coconut(buko)
