"Rellenong Bangus" (stuffed miklfish)

Rellenong Bangus is one of my favorite Filipino Food Dish recipe, bangus fish stuffed with its meat fish, and some sauteed vegetables and seasoned with some spices...

                                        2 medium potatoes (cut in small cubes)
                                           minced garlic
                                          chopped onions
                                          chopped tomatoes
                                          red bell pepper
                                       1 medium carrot
                                       2 raw eggs

                                         cooking oil
                                         soy sauce
                                         lemon
                                        ground black pepper
