Sylvanas recipe

Ingredients:
meringue wafers;
10 egg whites
1 1/2 cups powdered cashew nuts
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
50 grams all purpose flour
butter cream filling:
7 egg yolks
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 cup butter(70 grams) cut in cubes
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
coating:
marie biscuits and cashew nuts mixed crumbs
beat egg whites until stiff peaks
combine meringue,cashew nuts and flour
mix well until well blended
pre heat oven to 160 C and bake for 15 minutes
butter cream filling...
put Sylvanas in the fridge for 2 hrs or more...
and now it's done!
