5 slices salmon fish
3 cloves garlic crushed
5 thinly slices ginger
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup tomatoes chopped
3 pieces long green chilis
2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp olive oil
pepper and salt to taste
garnish with scallions (optional)
Lightly fry the salmon
until color changed
