"Ginataang Dahon Ng Gabi"(taro leaves)
Ginataang dahon ng gabi or laing(taro leaves)cooked with coconut milk is a popular, tasty
and delicious dish of Bicol Region...
Ingredients:
1 packed dried taro leaves
2 cans coconut milk
3 tbbsp bagoong alamang
1 packed dried shrimps
3 long chillies
1 piece hot chilli or siling labuyo
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 knob of ginger
1/2 cup chopped onion
dried fish(daing) or any kind fish fried or daing
water,cooking oil,salt
