"Espasol"

 This is my own version of Espasol making, I've learned this from my mother when I was in Highschool, Espasol is one of my favorite traditional Filipino dessert or kakanin...
Ingredients
:
2 1/2 cups toasted glutinous rice flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups coconut milk (1 can)
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
lemon zest
pinch of salt
jackfruit (optional)

"Carrot Cake"

How to make Carrot Cake, moist flavorful,healthy and delicious cake dish
with marzipan paste carrots decorations...
Ingredients:

200 grams all purpose flour
1 large carrot
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
100 grams confectioners sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp.milk
3tbsp. canolla oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp.vanilla extract
100 grams salted butter
(marzipan paste)
70 grams almond powder
70 grams confectioners sugar
3 tbsp.egg white






"Pastillas de Leche"

How to make Pastillas de Leche:
                 

                        Ingredients;
                         6 cups cow fresh milk
                         1 cup granulated sugar
                         1 cup powdered milk
                           lemon zest (from one lemon)
                          additional granulated sugar for rolling

                                         pour milk and sugar in a large and deep cooking pan,
                                        stir in a medium heat until thick...

                                         when already done turn off the heat then add powdered
                                          milk, mix well, then transfer the pastillas in a buttered
                                          plate and let it cool down

                                         cut in a small pieces and roll pastillas in granulated sugar

                                          wrap in colored japanese paper

                                           place a bond paper first in the center of the colored
                                           paper before wrapping
