                                1/2 cup water
                                 15 grams gelatin powder
                               1/2 cup granulated white sugar
                              200 grams cream cheese
                                  2 egg whites
                                  2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
                                  2 tps lemon zest (from one lemon)
                                     whipped cream
                                     vanilla extract
                                     brandy or rum
