"Yema Cake"

Yema Cake is one of very popular and favorite Filipino Cake dish, this creamy / delicious chiffon cake recipe with yema flavor custard is made of condensed milk, egg yolks and jack fruit or langka
(optionally this is my own version of Yema Cake) and whipped cream makes this Yema Cake more tasty and delicious, please have a try and ENJOY!

                                                                Ingredients:
                                          Chiffon sponge cake:
                                          120 grams cake flour
                                             3 egg yolks
                                           40 grams granulated sugar
                                             2 tbsp oil
                                             3 tbsp  milk
                                          Meringue:
                                             4 egg yolks
                                             30 grams granulated sugar
                                          Yema custard icing:
                                              3 egg yolks
                                              2 cans condensed milk
                                                 lemon zest (from one lemon)
                                              1 tsp vanilla extract
                                                butter
                                           1/2 cup whipping cream
                                           1//2 cup jack fruit or langka
                                                 (cut into small bits)
                                                  grated cheese
