"Nilupak na Saging at Kamoteng Kahoy"

Nilupak is a type of Filipinos traditional delicacies made from mashed boiled Cassava (kamoteng kahoy) and boiled or steamed saba banana, NILUPAK means or known as mashed, mix together all the ingredients and mix all together until finely combined, give a try this delicious treat and ENJOY!

                                                               Ingredients:
                                         2 cups boiled cassava (grated)
                                         5 pieces saba banana boiled and sliced
                                         1 cup shredded young coconut (buko)
                                         1 cup grated coconut
                                         1 cup light brown sugar
                                         1 cup condense milk
                                         2 tbsp butter or margarine
                                            grated cheese

"Puto Anise"

Puto Anise is another type off Puto recipe flavored with anise seeds, this is my first time to try this type of Puto, it's really good because the Aroma of anise seeds brings an extra unique flavor, give a try and ENJOY!

"Chicken and Pork Adobo" (with hard boiled eggs and patatas)

Adobo is a classic Filipino dish that braises the pork or meat in flavor of ground black pepper, salt, rub with crushed garlic, soy sauce and vinegar simmered until cooked and tender, the result is delicious and tasty savory flavors.

                                                                 Ingredients:
                                         1 kilo pork and chicken (mixed)
                                         3 medium size potatoes (cut in squares)
                                         4 - 5 tbsp soy sauce
                                         1/2 cup vinegar
                                         1/2 tsp ground black pepper
                                         1/2 tsp salt
                                         1 head garlic (crushed)
                                         2 pieces bay leaves
                                            water
