"Banana Cue"

 Nette Cooking-OishiSarap Channel!Filipino Cooking in Japan;=Banana Cue is a very popular and favorite Filipino snack dessert made by deep frying saba banana which is coated in caramelized brown sugar, everyone enjoyed this Banana Cue as street foods served on bamboo skewers.

                                                            Banana Cue recipe

                                   (please watch video below for cooking procedure)  

                                                                Ingredients:

                                           6 pieces ripe saba banana

                                           1/2 cup light brown sugar

                                                cooking oil for frying

                                                bamboo food skewers

                                           Heat oil in a cooking pan or woke

                                           Over medium / low heat

                                           Fry the banana until lightly change color

                                           Gradually add or sprinkle sugar
                                           Turn it over every time to prevent burning
                                           Fry them with the brown sugar

                                           Until they are covered with the

                                           sticky(caramelized)brown sugar

                                           Fry until golden brown color
