                                                            Ingredients:
                                         2 pieces loin pork chops
                                         4 raw eggs
                                         1 large onion sliced
                                            mitsuba (stone parsley)
                                           ground black pepper / salt
                                         1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
                                         1 tbsp sake
                                         1 tbsp mirin
                                         1 1/2 tbsp dashi or men tsuyu
                                         1 tbsp sugar
                                         50 ml water
                                            plain flour for dusting
                                            bread crumbs
                                            cooking oil
