Strawberry Tart

This is a simple and easy strawberry tart, made of fresh strawberries (whole or sliced) arranged in a sweet pastry crust, it is really taste good and delicious tart recipe..

                                                           Ingredients;
                                         medium size fresh strawberries
                                        1 tsp vanilla extract
                                        2 tbsp sugar (for crust)
                                        3 tbsp sugar (for filling)
                                          rum or brandy
                                         strawberry jam
                                       50 grams almond powder
                                       100 grams cake flour
                                         70 grams butter (for crust)
                                         40 grams butter ( for almond filling)
                                           2 raw eggs
                                           1 tbsp corn starch

                                          use also blueberry as desired
