"Maja Blanca with Langka (jackfrruit)"

Maja Blanca is one of very poplar and favorite Filipino dessert made with corn starch, corn cream with creamy coconut milk and milk mixtures, very simple and easy to prepare, give a try how to make this creamy delicious dessert, ENJOY!

                                                          Ingredients:
                                          1 cup corn starch
                                          1 cup white sugar
                                          2 cups corn cream
                                          1 can coconut milk
                                          1/2 cup condensed milk
                                          1/2 cup evap milk
                                          1 cup fresh milk
                                          1 cup langka (jackfruit)
                                            (cut into small bits or grind in mixer)
                                          1 tsp vanilla extract
                                             toasted desiccated coconut (for topping)
