Gulaman sa Gata recipe

Ingredients:
5 - 6 cups fresh gata (coconut milk)
(from fresh grated coconut)
2 pieces pandan leaves boiled in
7 - 8 cups of water
food coloring:
red, green, yellow
1 cup sweetened nata de coco
1 1/2 young shredded coconut
(kinayod na buko)
1 1/2 cups boiled tapioca pearl
1 cup white sugar
pandan flavoring essence
1 tsp vanilla essence
