"Kutchinta with Filling"

Filipino Cooking in Japan; Kutchinta is anothe Filipino very popular and favorite snack / merienda dessert, it is a type of orange or brownie color rice cake made with rice flour or all purpose flour steamed and served with fresh grated coconut, today I shared my own version how to make Kutchinta with milk caramel filling and brings it more tasty and delicious...

                                                  Kutchinta with Filling

                                                            Ingredients:

                                           1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 

                                           6 tbsp corn starch

                                           1 cup brown sugar

                                           1 tbsp lye water

                                           2 tbsp anato water

                                           2 cups water

                                              Your choice of filling

                                              I prepared milk caramel filling.

                                              Fresh grated coconut
