"Croquettes"(menudo flavored koroke)
Croquettes(menudo flavored koroke) Croquettes or Japanese koroke is made of mashed potatoes, ground meat or vegetables that shaped in round or oblong patties covered with flour, dip in beaten eggs and finally covered with bread crumbs, cooked and deep fried in cooking oil until golden brown and crispy. There are different versions and flavored such as curry, seafoods and so on, Today I made and cooked this Koroke recipe with my own Filipino Menudo flavored, I cooked menudo giniling(ground pork menudo) then combined with mashed potatoes, yeah! the results brings more delicious flavored in this Croquettes or Koroke recipe, Give a try and ENJOY!

Pork Ribs Caldareta Sa GataIngredients;
800 grams pork spare ribs
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup tomatoes chopped
2 large potatoes cut in squares
1 carrot cut in squares
1 bell pepper(cut into strips)
1 can coconut milk(400ml)
2 tbsp liver paste
ground black pepper
salt
2 pieces bay leaves
2 cubes soup stocks
1 piece star anise
2 hot chili pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
Simmer for 30 seconds
Add soy sauce from marinated pork
Add 2 - 3 tbsp vinegar
Add 2 cups water, bay leaves, red bell pepper
Add soy sauce from marinated pork
Add 2 - 3 tbsp vinegar

Cover and simmer until meat is tender
When almost done blend with liver paste
