"TIKOY"

Filipino Cooking in Japan;=Learn how to make this very simple homemade Tikoy(a Chinese New Year rice cake)with only few ingredients, it is made from glutinous rice flour, just a little sweeter and sticky texture, similar to Japanese mochi rice cake....
                                                               TIKOY recipe

                                                               Ingredients;
                                           250 grams glutinous rice flour
                                           2 cups evaporated milk
                                           1 1/2 cups condensed milk
                                           1/2 cup light brown sugar
                                           1/2 cup grated cheese
                                           2 tbsp melted butter
                                              optional;
                                           coat Tikoy with crushed peanuts, cashew nuts
                                           or almond powder
