Ginisang Munggo

Ingredients:
2 cups green munggo beans
1/2 cup dried shrimps
150 grams pork (cut in cubes)
minced garlic
chopped onions
chopped tomatoes
spinach
bitter melon or ampalaya
(soaked in salt and water)
fish sauce or patis
salt
1tbsp cooking oil / water
Boil munggo until beans are soft
Place pork water and salt in a cooking pot
bring to a boil until meat tender
Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes in oil
Add pork and dried shrimps
cook in 1 to 2 minutes,pour water as needed
simmer for few seconds, season with salt and
patis, add spinach, serve hot...
