Chukadon recipe

Ingredients:
Japanese Hakusai (white cabbage)
bok-choy or pechay
onions
carrot
mushrooms (Japanese Shiitake)
bamboo shoots (labong)
young corn
sea foods mix
150 grams thin sliced pork
fishcake (Japanese kamaboko)
fishcake balls
hard boiled quail eggs
chuka aji (Chinese seasoning broth)
oyster sauce
ground black pepper
salt
corn starch
water / cooking oil
heat 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil in cooking pan
or woke, stir / fry the pork until done
set aside
saute onions and some other vegetables
add pork and sea foods mix
continue stirring
add shiitake / mushrooms, stir continuously
add white cabbage (pechay Baguio)
add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and
Chinese seasoning broth
cover and simmer for just few seconds,
add cornstarch (dissolved in cold water)
to thicken the sauce
add hard boiled eggs
turn off the heat
now it's done! and ready to serve
prepare steamed rice
place Happosai on top of the rice
serve hot
