Scallops in Shells recipe(please watch the video below for cooking procedure)
Ingredients:
30 to 40 pieces small size fresh scallops
(cleaned and dry)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp white wine
1/2 cup minced young onions
stone parsley (Japanese mitsuba)
scallions
salt
ground black pepper
Heat olive oil and butter in cooking pan
saute young onions
add scallops
cover and for few seconds in high heat
add ground black pepper, salt and wine
cover again for just few seconds
until all scallops completely open
add stone parsley / mitsuba
turn off the heat
serve hot
