"EBI FRY" (deep fried breaded shrimps) is very popular in Japan,it is usually made of large prawns coated coated with flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs, served with tartar sauce, tonkatsu sauce or Worcestershire sauce.

Ingredients:
8 large shrimps
1-2 eggs (beaten)
flour
bread crumbs
ground black pepper
salt
cooking oil
Sauce:
tartar sauce,tonkatsu or Worcestershire
