Adobong Sitaw recipe

Ingredients:
500 grams string beans (sitaw)
200 grams pork
5 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 cup onion sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
ground black pepper
salt
water
cooking oil
Place pork in a cooking pan,
with 1/4 cup water over medium heat
let simmer until pork fats comes out
Stir/ fry pork for 1 - 2 minutes
Push pork pieces to one side of the cooking pan
Add garlic
Saute garlic and onion and cook
add pork, stirring continuously
until onions transparent
Add string beans mix well,
Add salt, ground black pepper and soy sauce
Cover and simmer for 1 minute
Add vinegar and water
Cover again and cook for few seconds
Taste and correct seasoning
