Champorado sa Gata recipe

Igredients;
1 cup glutinous rice (malagkit bigas)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 can gata
5 cups water or more
top with choice of toppings;
evap milk
powdered milk
milk cream
In a cooking pot
combine water and gata (coconut milk)
bring to a boil, add glutinous rice
cook the rice until it becomes porridge
In a mixing bowl, combine and mix
cocoa powder and sugar
add cocoa and sugar mixture
stir continuously until dissolved
turn off the heat and let stand for few minutes
its makes perfect thickens choco porridge
top with evaporated milk or cream
