OishiSarap Channel! I learned how to make this salad type dish from my Japanese friends and this is one of my favorite, smoked salmon fish marinated with vinegar and olive oil then adding choice of vegetables,very simple quick and easy but so really tasty / delicious and healthy smoked salmon salad dish.
Smoked Salmon Marinated

Ingredients;
250 grams smoked salmon
(thinly sliced)
5 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup julienne yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup julienne red bell pepper
1 large julienne onion
1 medium julienne carrot
minced parsley for garnishing
2 tbsp scallions sliced
In a bowl combine vinegar and olive oil
Add pepper and salt, mix
Add all julienned vegetables
Mix well until covered with dressing
Add scallions mix evenly
Transfer to a salad bowl
Garnish with finely minced parsley
