Filipino Cooking in Japan;- Meatballs Soup (Almondigas)it is a delicious and healthy soup dish made of ground pork and thin misua noodles, today I tried to replace Japanese soumen noodles instead of misua, this Japanese soumen thin noodles is also made from wheat flour and similar to misua that is also quick and easy to cook
Meatballs Soup (almondigas)

Ingredients:
500 grams ground pork
3 bundles of Japanese soumen noodles
(50 grams x 3)
cooking oil
water
scallions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
For meatballs:
1 cup finely minced onion
2 tbsp flour
1 raw egg
salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl season
ground pork with salt and pepper, add
flour and beaten egg, mix well until
well combine
Form a meatballs
