Bibingkang Malagkit (with jackfruit)

Ingredients:
For topping:
2 cups thick coconut milk (kakang gata)
2 cups dark brown sugar
For bibingkang malagkit (biko type)
3 cups glutinous rice
4 cups coconut milk
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup langka or jack fruit
(cut into small pieces)
