Ingredients:
1 kilo pork belly with ribs
cabbage
bok choy or Chinese cabbage
carrot
string beans
saba banana
potatoes
minced garlic
chopped onion
chopped red ripe tomatoes
caned pork and beans
patis or fish sauce / salt
water // cooking oil
Dipping sauce:
boiled eggplant (cut in small cubes)
finely minced garlic
vinegar / salt
