Lechon Kawali is one of Filipino's very popular favorite dish made with pork belly,it simmered the pork until tender and deep fried until golden brown and crisp, crunchy skin, moist and juicy, it's crispy outside and juicy inside.
Lechon Kawali recipe

Igredients:
1 kilo of pork belly
1 cup sliced onion
2 pieces bay leaves
1 tbsp whole pepper corn
2 tbsp salt
cooking oil for frying
Boil pork belly in water with salt
sliced onion,bay leaves and whole pepper
until skin can pinched easily
Remove from fire and drain
Cool and air dry
Deep fat pork in deep sauce pan or kawali
until tiny blisters appear on the skin
Chop into serving with choice of
dipping sauce
