"Lumpiang Sardinas"(fried sardines spring rolls)

 Nette Cooking-OishiSarap Channel:!Filipino Cooking in Japan; Instead of ground pork or shrimps, let's try this tasty/delicious and healthy sardines in can recipe, very simple and easy with only few ingredients, give a try and ENJOY!

                                      Lumpiang Sardinas recipe

                                                         Ingredients:

   2 cans sardines in tomato saauce

   1 tbsp finely minced garlic

   2 tbsp finely minced onion

   2 tbsp finely minced carrot

   1/2 cup cilantro chopped

   1 large raw egg

     pepper and salt to taste

   1 tbsp flour

   10 pieces lumpia wrapper

       cooking oil for frying

       For Lumpia Sauce:

    sardines sauce from can

   1 tbsp water

   1 tbsp lemon juice

   1 tbsp sugar















    for lumpia sauce:

   Combine sardines sauce from can

   1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice and sugar

     bring to a boil and cook, add corn starch

     dissolved in water to thicken the sauce
