                                           12 pieces chicken wings (cleaned)

                                              ground black pepper / salt

                                                  Teriyaki Sauce;

                                           1 tbsp soy sauce           (garnish optional)    

                                           1 tbsp oyster sauce       toasted sesame seeds

                                           1 tbsp lemon juice        dried chili pepper

                                           1 tbsp honey                 scallions

                                           1 tsp Japanese sake 

                                           1 tsp grated ginger

                                           1 tsp grated garlic

                                           1 tbsp light brown sugar

                                              powdered sugar

                                             dried chili pepper

                                            1 tbsp olive oil

                                            1 tbsp cooking oil
