Japanese Oden recipe

Ingredients:
radish or daikon
konyaku (transparent yam starch cake)
boiled eggs (peeled)
pork sausages
chikua (tube shape broiled fish cake)
hangpen (pounded fish cake)
surimi (ground fish meat fish cake)
stuffed abura ange with mochi
fish balls
konbu (kelp0
6 cups boiling water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp dashi (bonito soup stock)
add daikon,konyaku and boiled eggs
cook until daikon half cook
add all ingredients and let it simmer
in low heat
