Pork and Ribs Pochero

Ingredients:
800 grams pork belly and ribs mix
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup minced onions
1 cup minced tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
ground black pepper / salt
whole pepper corn
2 stalks pechay or bok choy
1 bundle string beans (10 pieces)
2 large potatoes (cut in squares)
3 pieces saba banana
5 pieces chorizo sausages
1 cup garbanzo (chick peas)
3 to 5 cups water (or more)
1 tbsp olive oil
