HUMBA(pork belly and ribs)

                                                                        Ingredients;;

                                           1 kilo pork belly and ribs

                                           1 head garlic(minced)

                                           1 cup chopped onion

                                           2 tbsp soy sauce

                                           2 tbsp vinegar

                                           2 tbsp brown sugar

                                           1 cup black beans(tausi)

                                           2 cubes soup stocks

                                           2 pieces bay leaves

                                           1 tbsp cooking oil

                                             ground black pepper

                                             water
