Ginisang Sigarilyas recipe

Ingredients:
15 - 20 pieces winged beans (sigarilyas)
200 grams ground pork
1/2 cup shrimps (cleaned)
1/2 cup shrimps juice
(from heads and shelled)
1/2 cup extra firmed tofu
(cut into cubes)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
patis (fish sauce)
ground black pepper
salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup water (shrimps juice)
