Bicol Express recipe

Ingredients:
1 kilo of pork and ribs (mix)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp bagoong (shrimp paste)
1 tbsp cooking oil
red and green hot chilies
ground black pepper /salt
water
Heat oil in the pan
Saute garlic, onion and bagoong
Add pork and ribs, stir until change color
Add hot chilies (sliced)
Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes
Add 1 cup water and cover again
Bring to a boil over medium heat
until tender and cooked
