Ginisang Pusit sa lata

Ingredients:
2 cans squid in can (about 2 cups)
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
water (add water if necessary)
scallions (optional)
Heat oil in a cooking pan
Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes, stir
Add squid meat (use strainer and separate
the squid meat from liquid in can)
Cook until lightly dry
Add salt and pepper
Cover and simmer for few seconds
Then add the squid soup from can
Stir and bring to
Cover again and simmer for
another few seconds
Garnish with sliced scallions
And now it's done! Enjoy!
