Japanese Hot Pot Dish recipe(YOSENABE)

Ingredients:
For meatballs; Dipping Sauce
300 grams ground pork 2 tbsp soy sauce
1//2 cup finely minced onion 1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp grated radish
1 raw egg
ground black pepper / salt
Vegetables:
Chinese cabbage (hakusai)
Naganegi (young onions)
Shingiku (chrysanthemum / edible leaves)
Shiitake mushrooms
Shimeji mushrooms
Enoki mushrooms
Ninjin (carrot)
Shirataki (translucent noodles)
Udon noodles
Grilled tofu
2 cubes soup stock
2 tbsp miso paste
5 - 6 cups water or more
