Ube Polvoron recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup ground macadamia nuts
ube (purple) color / flavoring
500 grams white chocolate
1 cup melted butter
Toast fflour in a dry woke or skillet
until light brown over medium heat
sift toasted flour, let cool
add the rest off the ingredients
mix well
Pressed them into oval shape molder
melt white chocolate mix with ube color/
lavoring
deep polvoron in melted purple
chocolate, let it dry for an hour or two
refrigerate
Wrap in Japanese (flower) paper
or in cellophane paper
