Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kilo of beef potatoes
1/2 cup red wine bell pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce carrot
2 tbsp olive oil onions
bay leaves baby cabbage
2 cubes soup stock (optional)
ground black pepper water
salt
minced garlic
chopped onion
season beef with salt and pepper
add 2 tbsp of cooking oil in cooking pan
saute garlic, onions, ground black pepper,
salt, onion and beef,
cover and simmer for for a minute or until
beef change color
add red wine
add tomato sauce and water
cover and continue cooking until meat
is tender
when beef is tender, add potatoes, carrot
and onions
when vegetables already done
add bell peppers
cover and cook bell pepper for few seconds
(lightly medium cook)
