French Macarons recipe

Ingredients:
180 grams confectioner's sugar
120 almond powder
3 egg whites
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
food coloring
(filling)
70 grams of semi sweet or bitter chocolate
3 tbsp of milk
sugar or sugar (optional as desire)
in a large bowl combine:
almond powder, confectioner's sugar
and desire food color,
shift together
using electric beater or hand mixer
beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
while shifting gradually fold dry ingredients
mixture to meringue until well blended
(be careful not to over mix)
the consistency must not be runny
