Filipino Cooking in Japan;=Adobo is Filipino's very popular and favorite food dish, there are many variations of Adobo recipes such as meat, fish, sea foods or vegetables. Today I made this pork and chicken Adobo sa achuete (or anatto) and turmeric powder which is pork and chicken marinated with minced garlic, ground black pepper and salt for about an hour, fry and lightly brown in oil then cooked and simmered with vinegar and soy sauce until meat is tender and the sauce thickened, this recipe is really tasty and delicious, please give a try ENJOY and SHARE to your family, relatives and friends.. 500 grams chicken with bones
500 grams pork belly
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground black peper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp anatto powder(achuete)
1 tsp turmeric powder
5 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 pieces bay leaves
1 tbsp cooking oil
