Filipino Cooking in Japan;= crispy Sisig is another famous dish in the Philippines, made with chopped crispy pork rind with fat(today I used my leftover lechon kawali for this CRISPY SISIG recipe this a deep-fried pork belly) it is spicy and deliciously flavorful fit for appetizer and surely to be a main dish and favorite! 1 cup minced red onions
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
20 grams butter
1 long green chili pepper
2 red chili pepper(siling labuyo)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
crushed chicharon(pork rind)
cooking oil for frying lechon kawali
