1 1/2 cups ube hallaya(sweetened purple yam)
1 cup buko(young coconut meat)
1 1/2 cups fresh grated coconut
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup purple condensed milk
2 tbsp softened butter
1 cup grated cheese
