Filipino Cooking in Japan;=Sotanghon Soup is a Filipino noodle soup version, it is very simple and easy to prepare, this tasty delicious soup dish is made of vermicelli(or cellophane glass noodle) simmer and cook with chicken or pork broth soup and adding some vegetables, it is good to serve hot especially during cold winter season.. 200 grams sotanghon noodles
300 grams boiled chicken breast(shredded)
200 grams boiled pork cut into sm. pieces
5-6 cups or more soup broth from boiled meat
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup minced onions
1 medium carrot(cut into sm. pieces)
1 cup shitake mushrooms(cut into sm. pieces)
1 tbsp patis(fish sauce)
1 tsp anato powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cabbage head shredded
salt and pepper to taste
additional water for soup
onion, carrot and shiitake mushrooms
stir thoroughly for about 1 minute
Add pork and chicken stir
Add salt and pepper, stirring continuously
