Beef Stroganoff recipe

Ingredients:
350 grams thinly sliced beef
200 grams mushrooms
1 large onion (sliced)
1 clove garlic (sliced)
1 tbsp butter
ground black pepper
salt
flour
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
cooking oil
water
season beef with salt and pepper and
cover with flour
heat oil in the pan and fry the beef
until light brown color
in the remaining oil, add 1 tbsp butter
saute garlic onion and mushrooms
add the beef
stir, then add the beef
add red wine,tomato puree and 1/4 cup
of ater
cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
add mustrd
add heavy cream, stir,
cook for few seconds while stirring
turn off the heat,,
now it's done and ready to serve
transfer to a serving plate
serve with plain white rice, fried rice
or pasta
add fresh heavy cream on top
before serving, if you like
garnish with fresh parsley
