Spaghetti Carbonara recipe

Ingredients:
250 grams spaghetti pasta
100 grams bacon cheese Parmesan
2 egg yolks heavy cream
1 tbsp olive oil butter (1 tbsp)
ground black pepper minced garlic
salt
dried parsley
1 cube soup stock
water
In a boiling water add 1 tbsp of olive oil
and 1 or 2 cubes of soup stock and boil
spaghetti pasta
while boiling pasta, make sauce:
combining 1 cup of fresh heavy cream and
2 egg yolks, mix well and cook in low heat
for just 1 minute do not boil the sauce
set aside..
in clean skillet fry bacon until crispy
in the remaining bacon fat add 1 tsp olive oil
and 1 tbsp butter, saute minced garlic
once garlic turns light brown
add boiled pasta saute together with garlic
and oil
stir well until done, turn off the heat
add Carbonara sauce into sauteed pasta
mix well
add crispy bacon too, mix well
transfer Carbonara Pasta in a serving plate
or bowl, sprinkle with ground black pepper,
salt, dried parsley and Parmesan Cheese on top
Now our delicious Carbonara is done!
