Sarciadong Isda recipe
(please watch the video below for cooking procedure)
Ingredients:
3 medium Japanese Aji fish
(horse mackerel fish)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 large onion (chopped)
2 medium tomatoes
2 raw eggs
1 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
1/4 cup water
cooking oil
scallions for garnishing (optional)
Clean and drain fish, sprinkle and season
with ground black pepper and salt
heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until
light brown.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in pan and saute
garlic, onion and tomatoes
stir until tomato cook
add water and patis, simmer,,,,,
add fish to simmering sauce
cover and cooked for 1 to 2 minutes
over low heat
turning fish once,
pour in scrambled eggs on top
cover again and simmer
just for few seconds
turn off the heat
now our Sarciadong Isda is done!
