I learned this simple and easy way of making kalamay from my mother(both Kalamay Lansong or Kalamay latik in syrup) just steamed the kalamay dough allow to cool and sprinkle with latik(coconut curds) on top for Kalamay Lansong, or cut into deseired size or shapes and soak kalamay in sweet syrup flavored with pandan and langka(jack fruit) for kalamay sa latik with syrup.
