4 cups glutinous rice(malagkit na bigas)
1 can coconut milk
2 cups light brown sugar
3 cups water(for the rice)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup jack fruit(langka)(cut into small pieces)
For Topping(coconut caramel)
1 can coconut cream(kakang gata)
350 grams muscovado sugar(panocha)
